ESCONDIDO — Twenty-four residents were displaced in a two-alarm fire Friday evening in Escondido, a police lieutenant said. The blaze broke out about 5:50 p.m. at a complex on East Felicita Avenue, near South Juniper Street, police Lt. Ed Varso said.
